Shortly after I started using this product, I could tell it worked. However, I had also recently stumbled upon a website, saying that HGH is a very large, fragile compound that can’t be absorbed through the mucus membrane orally, and furthermore needs to be refrigerated. that being said, this product contains IGF-1 which can be absorbed orally or even swallowed. IGF-1 is the most significant of the growth factors, which actually do what HGH takes credit for. Also, this product contains a variety of amino acids that are known HGH secretagouges…further redeeming it’s quality. Also, small amounts of testosterone, DHEA, and other ingredients make this product far, far better than ANY other HGH spray out there that I know of. I give it 4 stars.

I’m a 30 year old male, and after a month of taking it I saw some pretty interesting results:
1. The hair on my head thickened (I didn’t notice any body hair changes).
2. Increased libido and testicle size.
3. Sleep was more restful and I needed less of it.
Everything I observed seemed to be well in line with expected results for increasing HGH in the body, so I would assume that it works as advertised. I haven’t been off it long enough to know whether those results are temporary or not.

I have read that It takes at least 4-6 weeks of taking this product to feel any difference, but after three weeks of taking GHR, I ran my fastest time 5K and 10K runs. I’ve been running for a while and finally beat my times.

This is the best oral hGH product on the market – period. However, just be warned, it takes about 5-7 days to really feel the effects (with the best effects coming on at about the 3 week and beyond). I found that the product works wonders with only 2 sprays twice per day (morning and evening) on a 12 week cycle (1-2 weeks off after this to allow your body to rebound and rest a little) – but your mileage may vary. ;o)
Personally, I do very intense weight training 3 times per week (Chest/Biceps, Back/Triceps, Legs/Shoulders – combined with cardio) and this has helped immensely in gaining strength in both concentric and eccentric lifts, over muscle growth (hypertrophy), and fast loss (works wonders for this). It also has many other good effects like increased vitality, increased skin elasticity and “glow”, increased mental concentration, increased sex drive, etc. etc. – all the things we associate with “Youth”. Basically, this product as close to real prescribed hGH that you can buy without a prescription.
One more thing: This is the best product “Always Young” makes in my opinion. I tried the “Workout” version, the “Advanced” version, and even the “IGF-1″ product – the “Original” blew those away hands down. So, my advice is to use this “Original” version over any other products they make. ;o)
